The Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) has issued a grim warning as the stunning island of Maui evacuees deal with the dual challenges of natural disasters and a persistent epidemic.
Residents have been crammed into small spaces as a result of recent evacuations brought on by a volcanic eruption and extreme weather, generating fears of an increase in COVID-19 cases.
